1. Your pets, and you if you like

Add each pet (up to 4). Want to be in it too? Add yourself, and one other adult if you like (optional, adults 18+ only). Separate photos are perfect.

Likeness depends on your photos. Upload 2–3 clear, close photos of each pet, faces toward the camera. Adding yourself? We need at least 2 clear photos of you where your face fills a good part of the photo, and we check them as you upload. Old, small, blurry or group photos can make a portrait look less like them. Portraits are made just for you and sales are final once delivered. Want another try? A new version is $5.

Photos that help us get them right

2 or 3 photos of each pet: close, clear and in good light.
Pets at eye level, with their face and markings easy to see.
For you: at least 2 photos, face toward the camera, close enough that your face fills a good part of the photo, no sunglasses.
One person per photo when you can. In a group photo, tap yourself.
Old pet prints are welcome: photograph the print flat, in daylight, without glare.

I'm 18 or older and I live in the state I selected above. I have the right to use these photos. Every adult pictured (other than me) has agreed to be included in an AI-generated portrait and to the face check described below. Everyone in my portrait is a pet or an adult 18 or over: I won't add a child. If a pet pictured has died, it was my pet or I have its family's permission. I won't upload photos of celebrities or public figures. If this isn't true, I'm responsible for it (see Terms, "Your photos and permissions"). I consent to All of Us Portraits and its service providers processing these photos, including the facial features of each person in them, only to create my portrait and to check how closely it resembles the people and pets in my photos. The providers are Google (Gemini) and Replicate, which create the portrait, and Anthropic, which checks the likeness. The check gives each person a resemblance score from 1 to 10. All of Us Portraits also checks the likeness itself, with face-matching software on its own server: it finds each face, measures it (face geometry) in my photos and in the portrait, and compares the two. Those measurements are biometric identifiers. They exist only in the server's memory for the few seconds each check takes and are then deleted: they are never saved, shared or sold, and never used to recognize or identify anyone. Photos are never used to train AI and never sold. I consent to this collection and use of biometric identifiers and biometric information, and to these providers receiving my photos, for this purpose only. All of Us Portraits will destroy it on the schedule in the Privacy Policy, never later than 30 days after my portrait is delivered, or 30 days after upload if I don't order; the providers delete their copies under their own published terms, as the Privacy Policy describes. I can withdraw this consent and have everything deleted at any time by emailing [email protected]. I agree to the Terms of Service, including the agreement to resolve disputes by individual arbitration and the class-action waiver (I can opt out within 30 days), and I've read the Privacy Policy. I understand portraits are made with AI and delivered as digital files.
